Anil Thakur brings more than 25 years of global technology, product, and systems innovation experience to his coaching and advisory work. He helps leaders build the strategic and operational capacity needed to harness technology, accelerate innovation cycles, and guide organizations through digital transformation.

Anil served for twelve years as Vice President of Server Technology Development at Oracle, following senior leadership roles in cloud, operations, and product development. He later led R&D as Senior Vice President at Accelrys, where he oversaw technology innovation across industries including pharmaceuticals, aerospace, energy, and consumer goods.

His coaching draws on deep experience bridging business and technology—helping leaders make informed decisions, align stakeholders, and drive adoption of high-impact digital initiatives. Having worked extensively with private equity–backed firms and mid-size companies, 

Anil is skilled at guiding organizations through inflection points where speed, innovation, and responsiveness determine competitive advantage.

Anil holds a B.E. in Electronics and specializes in helping leaders strengthen cross-functional alignment, govern technology investments effectively, and build resilient, future-ready organizations.
