As a founder, former executive director, and behavioral scientist, Dan has designed high-performance systems for Fortune 500 companies and fast-growth startups alike — including, Audi USA, Walmart, Under Armour, Success Mortgage, American Heart Association, American Medical Association, Northwestern University, and Stanford’s Persuasive Tech Lab. His work drives alignment, engagement, and high-performance leadership cultures.
Dan helps leaders understand how behavior shapes performance — blending research-based insights with real-world coaching to accelerate growth, improve decision-making under pressure, and build leadership capacity that scales. He works across a variety of industries at every level of leadership to accelerate both individual transformation and team-wide growth.
Additionally, Dan brings deep technical expertise to his coaching. He holds an Adj. Assistant Professorship at both the Institute of Design and the Illinois Institute of Technology’s College of Computing, designated a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education by the NSA — where he has taught courses in Human-Computer Interaction, Behavioral Design, User Testing, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python data presentation — always connecting theory with measurable, real-world outcomes.
