Gabriela Schulten is an executive coach who helps leaders work more effectively across cultures, regions, and perspectives. With over a decade of experience as the Director of Connecting Cultures, she supports individuals and organizations in developing the awareness and agility needed to lead confidently in today’s global business environment.
Her coaching draws on widely recognized frameworks developed by Fons Trompenaars and Geert Hofstede, exploring how cultural perspectives shape communication, trust, motivation, hierarchy, time orientation, and teamwork. Gabriela helps clients understand their own workstyle preferences and recognize where differences with others may affect decision-making, collaboration, or leadership approach. By making these differences visible, she helps teams communicate more effectively, manage conflict constructively, and build stronger collaboration across divides.
Gabriela’s background in multicultural analysis and coaching makes her especially effective in supporting organizations with international operations — including European companies expanding into the U.S., or teams preparing for high-stakes negotiations in unfamiliar cultural environments.
