Paola Dietz leads marketing, product development, and client program design for The Performance Edge Coaches™, ensuring that every engagement is high-impact, human-centered, and aligned to strategic objectives. She translates complex organizational needs into clear, compelling solutions that deepen client engagement and accelerate growth.
Paola has shaped major strategic initiatives for the firm, including a full-scale rebrand and the launch of new products and program experiences aligned to TPEC’s Impact Oriented Leadership™ methodology. Her work integrates brand, technology, and customer experience—helping clients capture more value from their leadership and talent investments.
Previously, Paola served as a senior strategist at Qnary, where she led executive reputation and thought leadership programs for more than 30 C-level leaders across industries. Earlier in her career at American Express, she advanced from communications specialist to Scrum Master and SAFe 5 Agilist, guiding agile teams in the Credit & Fraud Risk Technology division and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.
Paola brings a combination of clarity, empathy, and operational rigor to her leadership, ensuring that every program is cohesive, well-designed, and built to drive measurable outcomes. She holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign.
