Peter is an executive coach who helps leaders navigate complexity, drive transformation, and lead confidently across borders. He contributes over two decades of leadership experience in complex global environments where he has successfully led high-impact transformation programs, SAP implementations, and crisis initiatives for multinational organizations across Latin America, Europe, and Russia.

Fluent in four languages—English, Spanish, German, and Dutch— Peter excels at guiding leaders through organizational change, cultural complexity, and digital transformation. His coaching practice is built on deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, supply chain optimization, and execution under pressure.

Peter spent much of his career with Koninklijke Philips N.V. and Signify (formerly Philips Lighting), spearheading global SAP programs that reached 25+ countries and over 90,000 employees. He has also built and led remote development teams in Chile for a U.S.-based tech firm, giving him firsthand experience into virtual team leadership.

Peter holds a degree in Business Administration from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and is certified in SAP SD, APICS, and PRINCE2.
